By creating an account or using Luvvite, you agree to these simple terms. We’ve written them in plain English — no surprise clauses.

1. Your account

• You’re responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
• Keep your sign-in details secure and let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your country to use Luvvite.

2. Your content

• The text, photos, and details you add to your invitation belong to you.
• You grant us a limited licence to host and display that content for the purpose of running your invitation.
• You’re responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any photos or content you upload.

3. Acceptable use

Please don’t use Luvvite for anything illegal, harmful, hateful, or that infringes on other people’s rights. We may suspend or remove invitations that violate these basics.

4. Pricing & payments

• Creating an invitation is always free.
• During our launch period, publishing is also free. After the launch period ends, a simple one-time publish fee will apply — we’ll always tell you the price up front before you publish.
• Once published, your invitation is yours for the lifetime of our service.

5. Refunds

If something goes wrong with publishing or you’re unhappy with your experience, email us at hello.luvvite@gmail.com within 7 days of payment and we’ll make it right.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep Luvvite up and running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Brief maintenance windows or outages can happen.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we’ll let you know via email or a notice in your dashboard.
