Privacy in plain English
We built Luvvite because weddings deserve calm — and so does your data. We collect only what we need to make your invitation work, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.
What we collect
- Account info: the email or phone number you use to sign in.
- Invitation content: the names, dates, photos, venue and travel details you add to your wedding website. This is yours.
- Guest RSVPs: responses your guests submit through your invitation. We store these so you can see them in your dashboard.
- Basic analytics: aggregated, non-personal data about how the site is used, so we can improve it.
How we use it
- To create, host, and let you edit your wedding invitation.
- To deliver RSVPs and share confirmations to you on WhatsApp / email.
- To send transactional messages (publish confirmations, payment receipts).
- To respond when you contact us for support.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal data — ever.
- We don’t spam you with marketing emails you didn’t opt into.
- We don’t share guest RSVPs with anyone except you, the couple.
Your invitation is yours
You can edit, unpublish, or delete your wedding website at any time from your dashboard. When you delete an invitation, we remove its content from our active systems within a reasonable period.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Payments
Payments are handled by trusted third-party gateways. We never store your full card or banking details on our servers.
